Permission
for 2nd Marriage in existing the first wife,
an application should be submitted for the purpose
to the Chairman Reconciliation Council along
with a deposited "Challan" of Tk.
25/- as process fee. A separate Miscellaneous
Case be registered both the parties are notice
to attend the COUNCIL and several sittings be
held to settle the matter. Considering the adequate
grounds, the permission for second marriage
is allowed.
An application form for permission of second
marriage in presence of first wife Tk. 25/-
1/3 of US Dollar (App.) shall be paid through
prescribed "Challan" as process fee.
Prescribed form for certified copy and "Challan"
are given below.
